image of Laura KatzWe're 9 weeks into our FML competition, and it looks like our charts plan to keep us guessing a little while longer.

Our Alternative eTracks charts have run hog wild this week starting with Linkin Park, who jumped up a whopping 15 spots to hit #3 with the single "What I've Done." Arcade Fire's "Keep The Car Running" earned them a 9-spot boost, and The Bravery shot up 12 places in the ranks with "Time Won't Let me Go."

Nine Inch Nails is still holding on strong to the #1 spot with "Capital G," and Fall Out Boy is once again in 2nd place with "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs."

And let's all congratulate Perry Farrell and his new band, Satellite Party - they've made their NMC debut at #16 this week.

On CHR, American Idol's Carrie Underwood is still at #1 with "Before he Cheats," Justin Timberlake is our #2 man with "Summer Love," swapping spots with Daughtry, who is now at #3 with "Home."

Finally, Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" and Beyonce Knowles'"Beautiful Liar" round out the rest of our top five this week.

Country Queen Carrie Underwood has taken an unexpected dip in the genre's charts, making it possible for some other artists to rise up in the ranks. Billy Currington is our new #1 Country artist with the single "Good Directions," Dierks Bentley is #2 with "Long Trip Alone." In 3rd place is Rascal Flatts with "Stand," at #4 is Emerson Drive with "Moments," and last but not least, Eric Church squeezes his way into the top 5 with the single "Guys Like Me."

Avril Lavigne as the #1 one gal on Hot AC this week with "Girlfriend," followed by Carrie Underwood at #2 with "Before He Cheats." JT's working the ranks again - the star is at #3, this time with "What Goes Around." Daughtry is at #4 once again with "It's Not Over," and Fall Out Boy shot up 7 spots, landing the band at #5 this week with "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race."

Timbaland continues his domination of the Urban charts - his single "Give It To Me" puts the star at #1 once again. Robin Thicke is enjoying the spotlight at #2 with "Lost Without U," and Beyonce Knowles got a small boost, landing at #3 with "Get Me Bodied." Fergie's Glamorous is At #4 this week, followed by Senegalese star Akon, who is at #5 with "Don't Matter."

Some of our Open League players have narrowed the gap in the ranks this week. Stevemoose and I Luv FML!!! are still riding high at the top of our list with a weekly average of $37,221,111 each. In 3rd place is Utop's 30 Seconds To Audio And Airwaves with $33,805,556, and not so far behind is magicman's Benz Rockin Bunions with an average of $33,061,111. Finally, MusicManiac's CDsCDs is in 5th place with $32,053,333.

Don't forget to make use of our referral program to earn some extra green! When you're a registered player, you can earn cash (and soon, cool stuff) for inviting your friends to play the Fantasy Music League.

You earn two ways: by referring people, and when your referrals, in turn, refer people. The only requirement is that you and your referrals register a label to play in the Open League. Visit the "my referrals" section on the FML home page for more information.

Catch you back week 10!
