This week we awarded 40 artists a grand total of $50,110,000 in platinum bonuses. If your label didn't earn a fair amount of the bonus pool, you should review your roster and decide if the time to swap the non-performing artists is now.

Top of the bonus board is Gnarls Barkley with $4,220,000, followed by Red Hot Chili Peppers with $3,870,000, The Fray with $2,630,000, Rihanna with $2,550,000, and Nickelback with $2,410,000. Gnarls Barkley is quickly heading towards FML superstar status with this week's base revenue of $8.3 million combined with his bonus awards he earned labels over $12.5 million.

Stevemoose and Daldog continue to chase for the lead as Amarpan slightly widens the lead. I can't recall a prior season where the top ten were as spread out as they are in this season. It going to take some real talent and a bit of luck to adjust your label (or maybe your label is perfect) for the remainder of the season.

Help question of the week:
Walter asks: I've used my 2 free switches and need to purchase more for another trade. If I purchase the 5 pack of artist switches and only use 1 of them this season, do I lose the other 4 switches?

Answer: No, you won't loose any switches you've purchased. When you start the next season you'll have the two free switches PLUS your remaining 4 purchased switches. Any unused free switches will not be transferred into the next season. Also to note, the two free switches given at the start of each season will be applied before any purchased switches.
